Usually banks are open between 10.00 am and 4.30 pm without lunchbreak from Monday to Friday or from Tuesday to Saturday.
All normal facilities, including currency exchange, are available.

This is best undertaken when you come over for either signing the compromis or the final acte, as it will be easier if you can show a French address.
